The APICS Houston chapter has formed 3 Special Interest Groups (SIGs) to help provide individuals with access to the knowledge and experience of industry leadership executives by means of fostering networking skills & building relationships, promoting continuing education, and encouraging volunteer and leadership opportunities. The Emerging Leaders group focuses on ensuring we are developing the right supply chain leaders for the future—leaders who can deal with a high level of complexity, who understand different markets, both developed and emerging, and who can work efficiently and effectively across multiple cultures and nationalities, the APICS Houston chapter is building a group that focuses on professionals who have between 5 and 10 years of work experience.
